Becca was introduced to 'adventurous
experiences' as part of the Youth Scholarship - Leadership and
Development Program, a complete beginner in all activities
Adventurous Experiences provide. During the 18 months of training,
leading up to the Youth Expedition to Norway in the Summer of 2009,
Becca showed exceptional ability in organisation, motivation, soft
skills and determination. Becca also naturally suited the Rock
Climbing and Sea Kayaking.
After completing her A' Level exams at Ramsey Grammar High
School, (having grown up on of the Island), she began working full
time in the office for Keirron, whilst taking every opportunity to
partake in more adventures outdoors. Following the Norway 2009 Youth
Scholaship Expedition, a three week challenging journey,
camping every night and working as part of a very close team ,Becca
continued to work full time over the summer, both in the office and
further developing her personal skills and training as a coach.

Following the one year Art Foundation course at the Isle of Man
College, (where Becca was also tutored by Andy North) she is
currently full time studying for a Degree in Architecture at
Edininburgh University. During 'holidays' and breaks, Becca puts
her design skills to use, continuing her perminant role as
Communications and Coach at Adventurous Experiences.
In Becca's other 'spare time', her hobbies include dancing -
ballet, modern and ballroom. She is a regular at the gym, a
volunteer gymnastics coach after much experience and success as a
participant and generally loves being outdoors.
