The level of excitment and challenge is designed to suit the group ability and learning outcome. Less physically demanding activities and purely cognitive tasks can also be incorporated into the activity day or training course.

The pinnacle of achievement in this area are the team on our Youth Scholarship Development and Leadership Program. Following 18 months of regular challenging training, they embark on a three week self-sufficient remote expedition .
