Staff Rewards and Social Events
We offer a range of outdoor-based
experiences, a favourite combination being Sea Kayak Trips
/ Summer Evening Paddles and Adrenaline-Pumping Coasteering
sessions, followed by an exquisite BBQ (or nearby tavern in the
winter months.) We cater for your budget, your needs and any time
constraints. Our specialty is Sea Kayaking, and the choices of
venues and options in this field are complemented by the range of

Bespoke Leadership & Development
Programs
Continuous Professional Development (CPD), is
delivered through our unique outdoor development training
programs, and designed specifically to meet the client's
brief. Ranging from one to three days, the emphasis on problem
solving and solution generation ensures that the key competencies
of managing and leading a work group, whilst dealing with
adversity, are regularly reviewed and evaluated.
Our team-building days give unparalleled, shared
experiences to work groups, building trust and long term working
relationships, nurturing leadership, communication and enhancing

effective strategy, integrating new staff and getting the

Added Benefits
For those in the team who wish to continue enjoying adventurous
experiences in their own time, we have an Adventure Club
which can be accessed in one of three ways: Corporate membership,
Family membership and Individual membership, all attractively
priced.
Facilities
We have local knowledge and unparalleled experience in
utilising a unique selection of breath-taking venues,
perfectly suited to adventurous experiences. These take place in
close proximity to our training facility in the centre of
the Isle of Man, where we make excellent use of the 185 acres of
land on our estate, including a campsite that backs onto the
River Neb, a vast expanse of heather moorland and
the summit of Slieau Whallian.

As well as everyday facilities, we boast a highly efficient
drying room for kit and equipment, expanded and upgraded in
2009 and a modern, fully-equipped lecture room completed
in 2008. We operate a year-round, professional and
customer-focussed service.
Catering
In all our events, both on-site and off-site,
catering is provided by the Green Mann Team. Ballabrooie on
the Patrick Road is run entirely on Organic
principles. It was the location of the inaugral
Farmers Market, and is now home to Adventurous Experiences and Green Mann Spring
water. The Green Mann Team use products from local
growers and producers and other Organic sources to create cuisine
of the highest quality.
Our clients can rest assured that whether they are eating
wholesome homemade soup, fresh bread, flame-grilled steak, seasoned
Manx sausages, vegetable kebab, fresh locally-caught trout,
mackerel, or a delightful homemade scone stuffed with jam and
cream, the ingredients are all of the finest available.
