Outdoor development training programmes are widely used for team building, leadership and management development. Our bespoke programmes are designed, in conjunction with the client, to meet specific learning objectives and can be run in the Isle of Man or in North Wales, depending on need. The outdoor elements of the programmes are carefully designed simulations aimed at putting theory into practice in a memorable and enjoyable way.

Team Building

Due to the positive elements, particularly the aspects of gaining confidence and team building, inherent in how we run our activities, clients often use our ‘standard activities’ for team building days and events.

We offer exciting, challenging and thought provoking experiences.

Initial consultation between your management team and ourselves is part of the service, and we can then provide an event to exactly suit your requirements.

We can provide additional activities and experiences to suit the training outcome, utilising our staff experience expertise in areas such as bushcraft, campcraft, over-nighting as well as mental agility challenges and catering for those who require a physically less demanding experience.

Leadership Training and Development

Our unique outdoor development training programmes are designed specifically to meet the brief of the client. Ranging from one to three days, the emphasis on problem solving and solution generation ensures that key competencies of managing and leading a work group whilst dealing with adversity, are regularly reviewed and evaluated.

Providers of professional management courses from the private and public sector often find short experiential programmes, highlighting aspects of the syllabus, extremely useful in locating theory to practice. We can facilitate outdoor simulations coupled with review sessions that take aspects of in-house programmes and turn them into potent learning events.
