Leadership Training & Development

Our unique outdoor development training programmes are designed specifically to meet the brief of the client. Ranging from one to three days, the emphasis on problem solving and solution generation ensures that key competencies of managing and leading a work group are regularly reviewed and evaluated.

Providers of professional management courses from the private and public sector often find short experiential programmes, highlighting aspects of the syllabus, extremely useful in locating theory to practice. We can facilitate outdoor simulations coupled with review sessions that take aspects of in-house programmes and turn them into potent learning events.
