As part of our philosophy of guaranteeing the provision of high quality outdoor education experiences on the Isle of Man, the equipment we provide increases your safety and enjoyment and accelerates your learning curve.

We realise that part of this provision is the demand for a retail sales service operated by experienced professionals in adventure sports. It is natural that having trained with us, using comfortable, warm and ‘made to fit’ kit and equipment, you may wish to buy your own.

With this in mind – Kelvin’s Tackle retail shop – a brother company to Adventurous Experiences, extended its services to all aspects of fishing and kayaking, supplying products which we have tried and tested.

At Adventurous Experiences, we have selected the best possible kit and equipment we can find available on the market, which when combined with instruction under coaches who have the customer as their primary focus, guarantees an unforgettable - safe, fun, learning experience.

Our Sea Kayak fleet is made up of a selection of hand-built Composite Sea Kayaks by SKUK - designed by Nigel Dennis. Adventurous Experiences is a Sea Kayaking UK  and Nordkapp Trust Expedition Centre

Having organised and led multi-discipline, self-sufficient expeditions in various countries around the world, we have an understanding of the need for durable and effective camping equipment. We selected Eureka expedition and outfitter tents, sleeping bags, air mattresses, dry bags and rucksacks for use on our overnight camps, mini-expeditions and multi-day trips on the Isle of Man as well as our larger scale overseas expeditions.

We use DMM ropes and hardwear for our Rock Climbing sessions and courses. We also supply DMM equipment to order.

 We Supply Sola and Bodyglove 5mm steamer wetsuits and buoyancy aids for our Coasteering and Gorge Scrambling sessions.
